What we hold about you, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, the service you want and any notes you send us. If you visit the studio we may also keep a short record of the service performed and products used.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to confirm and manage your appointment, to keep an accurate service history for colour and chemical work, and to reach you if something changes.

Marketing

We do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so. If you opt in, you can leave at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or telling any member of the team.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the staff who need it to serve you, and where the law requires disclosure.

Storage and retention

Records are kept securely and retained for as long as you remain a client, and for up to two years after your last visit.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us on +254 700 000 000 and we will respond within 30 days.
