Terms & Conditions

These terms cover appointments, pricing and services at our Kilimani studio.

1. Appointments

An online request is not a confirmed booking until Nano Salon replies by WhatsApp, phone or SMS. We hold a chair for 15 minutes past the agreed start time, after which the slot may be released to another client.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings and are current at the time of publication. Where hair length, density or added product changes the price, we agree the final figure with you before work begins. Payment is due on completion by cash, M-Pesa or card.

3. Services and results

Colour and chemical services depend on the condition and history of your hair. We may recommend a strand test or a staged approach, and we may decline a service where we believe it would damage your hair.

4. Personal belongings

Please keep your belongings with you. Nano Salon is not responsible for items lost or damaged on the premises.

5. Conduct

We ask all clients and staff to treat each other with respect. We may refuse or end a service in cases of abusive behaviour, and the full price of the service may still apply.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the date of your appointment is the one that applies.
